Unravelling the mystery of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) populations in the tumor microenvironment by fully automated sequential chromogenic multiplex assay
What's in the poster?
This poster was presented at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) virtual conference in 2020. This work will provide:
- a background on the biology of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) in the context of tumor immunology and specifically in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
- a showcase of the Brightplex® CAF multiplex IHC panel comprised of alpha-SMA, FAP, PDGFR alpha, PDGFR beta, and S100A4
- strategies for data acquisition, spatial and computational analysis, and digital pathology analysis of the organization of CAFs in tissue
